This limited edition sculpture depicts Confederate General Robert E. Lee on his horse Traveller as a soldier grasps the reins leading Lee to the rear. The base of the sculpture is signed by the artist "F.J. Barnum © " and is marked with the gold Chilmark emblem and reads "CHILMARK" - 84 - FINE PEWTER". It's mounted to a wood base fronted by a pewter plaque engraved "LEE TO THE REAR".
